In 2022, China has banned most payment channels to pay overseas. Payment is only restricted if you pay from Mainland China. The restricted regions in mainland China are unclear. Recently, a few high-cliber clients from Mainland China have been rejected payment by our website. As our clients from most parts of the world can make payments normally except mainland China and Russia, some discrimination concerns are raised from these regions.

Upon investigation and consultation with our website partners, Paypal and other payment tools, we conclude that the reasons are fairly complex. Most payment methods have been closed by China side, including Wroldpay, Alipay, Unionpay although we are open to accept payment at UK side.

To solve this issue, please contact Weibo ID @灰灰是蓝猫 to arrange payment from China. RMB can be used instead of foreign currency (please allow some fees for cross-border transfer). We hereby authorise @灰灰是蓝猫 to receive payment in RMB on behalf of us.
