Overcome is an organisation with integrity that you can trust and confide in.

1. Package can be refunded before the 2nd session, but the 1st session will be charged. If you are unhappy with our service after the 1st session, we will refund you the remaining hours you have purchased.

2. All purchases can be refunded 24 hours before the first session's booked starting time.

3. Kindly contact our friendly receptionist to request a refund. Please do not miss the deadline of refund because our Advisors have already made time out for you as a VIP client of theirs for the appointment.

Under most circumstances, products rather than therapies cannot be refunded, in order to prevent misuse of our refund policies. Once we have sent the products to you, it is very likely that we cannot refund to you. We recommend that you make enquiries, and/or requests as per customising the products for you, to our customer service team or admin team before any purchase.
